The Curtis Fair
The annual Curtis Fair, held in October of each year, is a long-standing tradition that focuses on creating a themed day of fun for our school community and the greater Los Angeles community.
The Fair is an all-school effort created and directed by the Parents Association in partnership with the school's administration. Fair Day and events leading up to it demonstrate the enormous energy, talent, dedication, and generosity of our parent body. The Fair features rides, games, food trucks, and family-focused fun. The Fair is an important community-building event and proceeds benefit the school's Financial Aid Fund. Curtis Fairs make treasured, lasting memories for our students and families.
Parent Opportunities:
Each Curtis parent, faculty, and staff are required to work one shift at any of a number of concessions, rides, games and food purveyors.
In addition, parents and guardians are needed to chair the many committees (from decorations to volunteers to tickets to prize booth, and many more) that are required to stage this large and well-attended community event.
